We pride ourselves on treating our customers with integrity in all our dealings. If our gas engineers quote you for work that is exactly what it will say on your bill. You will not find any annoying little additions.
We are fastidius about three other areas of our work. Arriving for an appointment on time is one such thing. Indeed, if one of our gas engineers has an appointment with you, we will always telephone you an hour before the meeting so you know we have not forgotten or otherwise been delayed.
Gas can kill, so we obviously will get it right first time.
They do say that the job isn't finished until the paperwork is done. True or not, we never concider the job complete until our engineer has properly cleaned up after himself. We take pride in training all our engineers to regard your home or offices as though they were their own.

After many years where Corgi was responsible for training installers, in 2008 the Health and Safety executive went out to tender for this function. Ultimately the contract for registering engineers and training was awarded to Capita plc
Rather that simply call this new function Capita plc which wouldn't make a lot of sence capita decided to market under the brand name of Gas Safe and in April 2009 they have taken over from Corgi.
All registered installers and engineers must now register with Gas Safe and although there is a small grace period during the change over you should ensure any firm you employ has indeed registered with the new organization.
